Job Description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator Manager to lead the Cash Recruiting Coordinator team. You will be an advocate for RCs and the delightful candidate experience that we oversee. You will report to the Cash Talent Ops Lead.
YOU WILL:
Manage a globally distributed and growing team of 5 FTE Recruiting Coordinators who support both business and technical recruiters, removing daily blockers, assessing performance, and coaching growth
Oversee the hiring and onboarding process, bringing new RCs to Cash and ramping them quickly
Manage reporting including the Candidate CSAT and RC Partnership Pulse, looking for trends in the response data and making positive changes based on these insights
Own RC metrics, using this data to reinvent the ways in which we workload balance RCs and support the grander Talent Team
Lead candidate experience initiatives including: interview room redesigns and capability enhancements, candidate messaging, swag purchasing and inventory management
Drive operational tasks including: process-change proposals, documentation, tool assessments and implementation
Enhance our team bond by bridging our dynamic team across it’s locations (SF, NYC, STL, PDX, MEL, TOR, BAR), increasing recognition, and planning team events
