Job Description
The Cash Customer Operations Analytics team is a one-stop data team for operations needs now scaling with the needs of the business. We’re working hard to build the infrastructure and dashboarding solutions needed to keep Cash customer operations successful.
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for reporting and data operations within the rapidly growing Cash Customer Operations organization. You will provide the dashboards, ad-hoc reports, guidance, and infrastructure to enable better business decisions and clearer vision throughout the organization.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in an operations environment. Experience with call center metrics.
Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation
Comfortable gathering business requirements for dashboards and ad-hoc reports
Technical skills must include SQL, Tableau/Looker, and cloud environments
Able to create a report without use of Excel/GSheet
Nice to Have
Experience or exposure to Python or R
Previously automated reports to ensure data quality
Strong statistical knowledge of A/B testing, linear regression, ANOVA
