Job Description

Valley Beach Pool is an outdoor full service pool and entertainment venue open for the summer season. This candidate will possess great customer service skills and wants to have a fun atmosphere to work in.

As a Cashier/Attendant Pool customer. The incumbent is also responsible for the day-to-day cleaning and upkeep of the spa and pool facilities.

• Provides superior guest service, positively effects interactions with guest and team members. Assists guests with questions or problems, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Oversees cabana guests needs providing excellent service
• Monitors activities and maintains order in swimming areas.
• Responsible for cleanliness in the pool area and end of day closing procedures including removal of used laundry and disposal of trash.
• Checks for proper entry by guests and collects fees for day passes and entertainment.
• May take food and beverage orders and deliver orders to guests in accordance with established standards.
• Reconciles cash bank and credit card charges each shift.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time for majority of shift.
• Must successfully pass background check
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
• Must be 18 years of age
