    Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases

    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system

    • Answer customer inquiries and provide assistance with product information

    • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions responsibly

    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

    • Resolve customer issues or escalate to management when necessary

    • Assist with stock replenishment and ensure shelves are well-maintained

    • Support other team members with daily operational tasks as needed
