Cashier - Fins Up Waterpark Food & Beverage (Part Time)
SUMMARY As a Concessions and Restaurant Cashier, you play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience by providing exceptional customer service in the selection and purchase of food menu items. Your responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Health Department guidelines, and ensuring the availability of a well-stocked inventory. In addition, you are a key ambassador for the establishment, enforcing park policies and procedures to contribute to a positive and safe atmosphere.

This position has no Supervisor responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Prior customer service and cash register handling experience preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Be able to speak in the English language. Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence and complete reports detailing guest interactions. Ability to effectively present information and give directions to customers and employees.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in both written and verbal form. Ability to deal with problems involving many variables.

Food and Beverage cashiers are frequently required to stand, walk, run, climb, balance, sit, talk, hear, and reach, handle, or feel. The associate is occasionally required to lift and or move 50 pounds or more. The associate will be standing for long periods of time assisting guests with orders, filling drinks, and running orders. The associate is responsible for the opening and closing procedures of the venue. Associates may be asked to push carts and climb step stools.
