Job Summary
The Store Associate works in the San Diego store to complete any task including but not limited to customer service, cashier, preparing ingredients, washing dishes as well as assisting other departments if necessary. They will apply basic skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment.
Responsibilities
Be comfortable standing for the entirety of the shift.
Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning and sanitation tasks as needed.
Ensure adherence to all food safety and regulatory duties required in the department.
Consistently adhere to all company policies and procedures in a professional and respectful manner.
Support the team as needed.
Respond positively to feedback.
Arrive to work on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work.
Work all scheduled shifts and attend required training and meetings.
Restock cookies as needed - Display should always be full.
Provide a positive professional customer service experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
Resolve customer issues and answer questions.
Bag and box products for customers carefully.
Collect payments by accepting cash and/or credit card transactions.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Performs other duties assigned by the production manager or kitchen team leader.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
1-2 years of Customer Service..
Physical Requirements
Lift and carry moderate to heavy loads (minimum of 25 lbs).
Capable of standing and being physically active for extended periods of time.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching.
