Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team at a danvers pizzeria. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, operate the cash register, while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience

• Operate the cash register to process transactions accurately.

• Maintain clean work station

• Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues

• Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
• Proficiency in using a cash register and handling cash transactions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers
• Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
