We are seeking a knowledgable, organized HR Generalist to join a thriving, people-first nonprofit with 30+ employees. Reporting to the Managing Director, the HR Generalist will play a key role in delivering and designing all aspects of HR. Responsibilities include on-boarding, developing/administering policies, benefits, HRIS, employee relations/engagement, and recruiting support.
This is a full-time position (35 hrs/week), and compensation is $70,000-$75,000. Benefits include health insurance, retirement contributions, and generous paid-time-off—including the last week of December. Note: This position requires in-office work at least two days/week; the remaining week days may be worked from home or in one of our bay area offices.
