Position: Casual Pharmacist (As Needed)

Location: Canton, OH

Job Summary: We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Casual Pharmacist to join our team on an as-needed basis. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a difference in the community by providing essential pharmacy services to patients facing financial and healthcare barriers.

Responsibilities:

Review and dispense medications to eligible patients.

Counsel patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and adherence strategies.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Assist with inventory management and compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.

Support Beacon’s mission by participating in outreach initiatives when available.

Qualifications:

Must be a licensed pharmacist in the state of Ohio.

Experience in retail, hospital, or community pharmacy preferred.

Passion for working with underserved populations.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
