We are seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for the sales and management of the Company. You will work closely with a team of manufacturer reps in your region to educate clients. Through a consultative and team based sales approach you will pursue new opportunities in the region through active engagement with Engineers & Consultants. To succeed in this role, a candidate will have great presentation skills, the ability to learn technical information and deliver our message at all levels of an organization.
Responsibilities:
Meet assigned sales objectives in territory. Build and maintain productive relationships with Rep Firms in the territory. Manage all aspects of sales processes in your region. Pre-sales, system design, quoting and proposal follow-up. Promote our organization and products through onsite demo’s, conference calls and outstanding customer service. Learn and continue to expand product knowledge and industry trends. Manage all activities, opportunities and quotes in CRM. Attend and staff booth at selected tradeshows and conferences.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven technical sales experience. Ability to present technical information in a group or individual setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $42.00 per hour
