RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• ChiroTouch software experience a plus
• Demonstrates technical aptitude with desktop software applications
• Proficient in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving customers’ issues
• Hard working individual capable of driving quality results and meeting data-driven goals
• Professional individual with strong customer service skills that is capable of maintaining a positive attitude in a fast paced, call center environment
• Ability to provide accurate and thorough documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain an understanding of ChiroTouch product and services
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure we are providing the highest level of customer care
