    Job Description:

    1. Conduct in-depth analysis of both online and offline markets to identify trends, consumer preferences, and product demand in the US.
    2. Leverage industry data and market research to forecast product success and identify new opportunities.
    3. Stay updated on competitor products and strategies to inform product decisions.
    4. Collaborate closely with the purchasing team in China, providing insights on US market needs and assisting in sourcing the right products.
    5. Maintain regular communication with the China team to ensure product specifications align with market requirements and consumer expectations.
    6. Assist with price negotiations, quality control, and product adjustments as needed.
    7. Develop and maintain relationships with key buyers from major US retailers, including Costco, Walmart, and other regional or national chains.
    8. Present product offerings to potential retail partners, negotiate terms, and secure distribution deals.
    9. Manage the end-to-end process of listing products with retailers, ensuring compliance with their requirements, packaging standards, and pricing strategies.
    10. Stay ahead of emerging trends and consumer demands in the US market to refine the product portfolio continuously.
    11. Provide regular feedback to leadership on product performance, market trends, and strategic adjustments needed for continued growth in the US market.

    Requirements:

    1. 3+ years of experience in a buyer role, preferably in a distribution company, marketplace, or a large retailer.
    2. Proven experience with market analysis, product sourcing, and strong insights into the US retail landscape.
    3. Strong network with buyers at major US retailers like Costco, Walmart, or other large chains.
    4. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
    5. Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively work with the China purchasing team and US retail buyers.
