Jules Gourmet Catering- Catering Chef Position ( 2023)
Job Responsibilities:
-Training and managing all kitchen staff
-Daily Preparation, Supervision and coordinating culinary activities on and off site
-Establishing the techniques of food presentation
-Establishing food quality standards
-Ensure the kitchen is always safe and sanitary
-Work week based on 40-45 hours
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 Years Off Premise Catering Experience
Culinary Degree a Plus
2 Years Sous Chef Experience
Serv Safe Certification
Moderated Chef with a Passion for Food
Must be available Mornings, Days and Occasional Weekends
Basic Computer Skills for Ordering, Food Cost, Menu Development and Inventory
Reliable Team Player
Hourly Wage: $26-$29 hour plus tip share
Compensation after 1 year:
Eligible for simple IRA
2 weeks PTO

Originally known as The Mason Jar Restaurant and Ale House, the business has developed into a full-service catering company and has been serving the Denver and Boulder metro areas for more than 25 years. Located in Louisville CO.
The company is family-owned and operated by Joe, Mary, and Julie Dunigan. Julie (Jules) is the namesake, operations manager, event coordinator and is also a Certified Executive Chef. Graduating from The Culinary Institute of America Hyde Park, New York in 1987.
Julies love for food and passion for the hospitality industry led her to an expansive career in both front and back of the house operations. All of which, gave her the knowledge and experience to produce events from start to finish. Her experienced eye and coordinating expertise are invaluable for any apprehensive event planner!
