Role Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catering Director to join our team. The Catering Director, a crucial position on our team, will be responsible for all planning and logistics related to catering events, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and operations.

Required Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational skills

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills for internal management and external customer interactions

Proficient phone skills

Ability to effectively talk clients through pricing and menu options

Strong closing skills to finalize catering sales

Responsibilities as our Catering Director at Saddleback BBQ:

Contacting new leads and clients interested in catering services with Saddleback

Discussing pricing, menu options, and client interests

Inviting clients for tastings and closing sales

Planning and organizing all catering logistics

Communicating event details and requirements to the operations team

Ensuring all catering events are scheduled and staffed appropriately

Maintaining detailed records and documentation for all catering events

Benefits Include:

Pay rate of $18 to $22 per hour with a tip share

Bonuses based on sales goals (We don't offer commission, but we do have a bonus structure determined by sales volume)

40-hour work week
