Catering banquet leads play a crucial role in setting up and overseeing catered events. Their responsibilities include thoroughly reviewing BEOs, gathering and loading equipment, supplies, and food/beverages for service, as well as arranging and dismantling events. They are also responsible for managing event staff and communicating with the point of contact on the day of the event. In addition, our banquet leads assist in supervising the catering event team and coordinating with venue managers and event planners. They may also need to organize transportation for food and catering equipment. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, passionate, driven, and dependable.
