The Craftsman is looking for a Catering Sales Manager who can lead the banquet space efforts and uphold the standards of the facility as well as deliver the dream the client envisions. Responsibilities: • Proactively sell and manage the banquet space • Answer incoming calls and deliver contracts to the client • Head the operations of the banquet team to ensure delivery of the client's expectations • Work with the Catering Coordinator on the event details • Give informative and creative tours to potential clients • Work adjusted hours to meet client needs/times • Meet sales goals and expectations Qualifications: • Sales experience preferred • Catering background • Knowledge of Delphi preferred Compensation: $65,000
