Responsibilities include:
Responding to all restaurant event inquiries via email and phone
Meeting with potential restaurant clients to identify the needs and requirements of their events
Creating Banquet Event Orders
Managing Booking Calendar in Catering Software
Manage Client Response Surveys
Weekly BEO Meeting preparation
Assisting in the set-up and tear-down of restaurant events
Invoicing and Accounts Receivable
Maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Administrative event support tasks I.E. creating/updating event orders, creating place cards, scheduling venue tours, catering permitting needs, etc.
Requirements: -1+ years experience in event planning -Strong organizational skills -Clean professional appearance -Exceptional customer service skills -Clear and professional communication skills -Ability to Multi-task -Strong sales skills
