Benefits • Employee Rate at IHG Hotels • Health, Dental, Vision, and Term Life Insurance • Paid Time Off • Free On-Site Parking • Free Employee Meals • Employee Referral Program • Discounted KAT Bus Passes Responsibilities: • Respond quickly to all inquiries for event planning • Calling prospective and past clients • Scheduling on-site visits with prospective clients • Compose correspondence to clients • Attend Client meetings and site visits as necessary • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our decor props and catering options to assist clients in selecting appropriate options for specific events • Advise on general event logistics, timelines, schedules, and vendors • Assist with proposal writing and pricing to meet client needs and expectations • Facilitate the transfer of design contracts, payments, and deposits • Communicate with other departments to ensure each is informed about event contracts and other pertinent information Qualifications: • One Year of Customer Service Experience • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office • Proficiency in Multitasking and Planning • Ability to Work in Fast-paced Environment • Ability to Work Flexible Hours • Experience in Food Service is Preferred Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000
