Primary Goals-
Culinary Candidates will be responsible for Prepping and Executing Recipes for a " From Scratch" Kitchen.
Soups, Salad dressings, Hot / Cold Entrees and Sandwiches. As well, Culinary Candidates will be in an environment where they'll learn Classic Culinary Techniques - Roasting, Braising, Poaching, Food Safety, and Knife Skills.
Culinary Candidates should possess a " Positive Can Do" Attitude and be willing to put in solid effort to accomplish Team Goals.
