QUALIFICATIONS
ROLE SUMMARY:
In this role, the Customer Service Representative will support our Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for maintaining daily incoming calls and emails to ensure all customer inquiries and problems are resolved, as well as providing support in day to day operation of the Customer Service Center.

**Applicants must pass drug screen prior to employment.
**THIS OFFICE IS OPEN FROM 8AM-8PM MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY AND 12PM-5PM ON SUNDAY. THERE ARE TWO SHIFTS (8AM-5PM AND 11AM-8PM). THE SCHEDULE IS BUILT WEEKLY TO ENSURE EVERYONE HAS TWO DAYS OFF AND CLOSES AT LEAST ONCE DURING THE WEEK.
