Responsibilities: • Safely drive a CDL-B mulch blower truck to transport and install mulch, compost, and soil materials for commercial & residential clients. • Utilize various hand and power tools necessary for job tasks related to mulch-blowing operations. • Lead a small team effectively and efficiently during work assignments in the local area. • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns from clients. • Demonstrate full mobility in both upper and lower body movements while on duty. • Handle the lifting, pulling, and pushing of materials and equipment, including items weighing up to 60 lbs, with care. • Strictly adhere to safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Qualifications: • A valid CDL-B Commercial Drivers License is a requirement for the position of CDL-B Mulch Truck Driver in Concord, NC. • The ideal candidate should demonstrate a minimum of three years of driving experience and maintain a clean driving record. • Two years of proficiency in driving a manual transmission is a mandatory qualification. • Excellent communication skills with both co-workers and customers are crucial for this role. • Familiarity with Charlotte and the surrounding areas, as well as the ability to read maps or guides, is preferred.
