    About the Role:

    Chrichelle's Childcare LLC seeks a candidate for our Center Coordinator position. The center coordinator would be a childcare provider who is part of the Leadership team and would focus on supporting the directors in implementing a highly organized workday. As a center coordinator, you would provide childcare, use our communication platform, return phone calls, host in-person meetings, and become familiar with our childcare center platform and Google Classroom. There are lots of growth opportunities in this position.

    Responsibilities:

    Learn and implement a high level of childcare provider competency

    Work well with a team of childcare providers and support the directors

    Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program

    Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and families through multiple platforms

    Organize the day-to-day operations of the childcare center

    Requirements:

    Associate or bachelor's degree in education or a human services field

    Able to Maintain all Clearances and background checks required by the state

    Strong leadership and communication skills

    Passion for providing high-quality care and education for young children
