What kind of training will be provided? You would be provided extensive training on sales, procedures for assessing students on their math skills, setting up customized learning plans for students, hiring and training instructors, marketing, and understanding our Mathnasium Method™ of teaching.

Job Responsibilities: Once training is completed, you will utilize your talents to manage the day-to-day operations of our Mathnasium Learning Center located in Dublin, OH. Job responsibilities will include the following:

Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center

Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families, communicating student progress, and encouraging students

Focus on sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students

Foster a fun learning environment by leading, motivating and coaching team members

Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success

Market the Mathnasium brand and program by building school and community relationships and participating in community events

Screen, hire and train employees and manage their work schedules

Working Hours:

Mathnasium is open 4pm-8pm Mon-Thurs, and 2pm-6pm on Sun

Center Director working hours are somewhat flexible but are typically 12:30pm -8:30pm Mon-Thurs, 12:30-6:30 Sun

Qualifications:

Upbeat, driven, energetic, confident, and passion for working with students and parents

Previous sales experience

Previous management or leadership experience

Previous experience with building customer relationships

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Charismatic, energetic, ambition and confidence in dealing with parents and students
