About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Preschool Director to join our team at Kids R Kids. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in running the day-to-day operations of our preschool and ensuring a smooth and efficient administrative process.

Responsibilities:

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

Coordinate and schedule appointments, interviews and meetings

Manage communication with parents, staff, and vendors

Assist with billing and collection of tuitions

Support the teachers and administrative staff with day to day operations of the school

Maintaining enrollment and staff retention

Staff scheduling

Maintaining the school under licensing requirements, COGNIA & TRS accreditations

Requirements:

At least 2 years experience as a licensed Director at a licensed preschool

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

High school diploma or equivalent

Director license within the state of Texas
