Qualifications:
BA in ECE or another field accompanying a CDA required
Previous experience as an Assistant Director or Center Director is preferred
Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Administrative experience, knowledge of CRMs or other systems used for student paperwork filings
Energetic and positive attitude
