Job Overview The Center Manager performs a wide range of duties relating to staffing and personnel, sales and marketing, inventory management, customer service and satisfaction, store accounting and billing. The Center Manager is ultimately responsible for the efficiency, profitability and over all performance of the center.

Duties
Manage all aspects of store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages professional growth.
Oversee inventory management, including stocking, pricing, and maintaining product displays to optimize sales.
Develop and manage budgets, analyzing financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
Implement effective communication strategies to engage with customers and address their needs promptly.
Negotiate with vendors for the best pricing on products while maintaining quality standards.
Ensure exceptional phone etiquette among staff when handling customer inquiries or concerns.
Monitor store performance metrics and develop action plans to achieve operational goals.
Experience
Previous experience in sign/large format printing management required.
Proven ability to lead teams effectively while managing diverse personalities and work styles.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively
