Job Title: Center Opener/Floater

Schedule: 5:45 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Center Opener/Floater. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our center each day by opening the facility, preparing breakfast, assisting with morning routines, and providing support across classrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening the Center: Arrive early to open the center and prepare for the day, ensuring all necessary areas are set up and ready for staff and students.

Breakfast Preparation: Prepare and serve breakfast to students, following any dietary restrictions or guidelines, and ensuring a clean and organized breakfast area.

Drop-off of Before Care Students: Safely transport before-care students to school using the company vehicle, ensuring timely and secure drop-off.

Classroom Floating: Provide support to classrooms as needed, assisting teachers with daily activities, helping manage the classroom environment, and giving staff breaks when necessary.

General Assistance: Be flexible and assist wherever needed, ensuring the smooth running of the center, including managing supplies, supporting other team members, and stepping in during busy times.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for transportation duties).

Ability to work early morning shifts.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt and support in various classroom environments.

Experience in early childhood education or childcare is a plus but not required.

Must be reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Compensation:

Pay range: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour, based on experience.
