We are seeking friendly, outgoing, and organized individuals to join our team as a Server Assistant/Busser. The Server Assistant/Busser/ position is vital to the service team, responsible for ensuring that all tables are cleaned promptly and accurately maintaining tables during the shift.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cleans and maintains the dining room and tables. Assists the server as necessary to ensure that the guest is served immediately
Helps in bringing the courses from the kitchen to the tables
Ensure the work area is well stocked, and maintain the cleanliness of the workspace throughout the shift
Maintain dining ambiance with an enthusiastic and graceful attitude
Demonstrate expert knowledge of all menu items, as well as daily specials
Actively participate during lineup
Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant both before, during, and after service
Complete all assigned side work as assigned by management
Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
Consistently report to scheduled shifts on time and ready to work in proper uniform
Operate ethically to protect the assets and image of the company
Performs other duties and responsibilities as per business need
Prepares and sets bottle service for the restaurant

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs; Ability to stand for prolong periods and climb steps regularly.
Ability to physically maneuver through work areas; bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.
COMPENSATION: The base pay range for this position is paid a minimum wage and a tip credit is taken when applicable. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
