    Job Description

    $28.00 PER HOUR: REMOTE INCOMING-CALL REMOTE TELEPHONE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (TSR) WORK-FROM-HOME POSITION*

    Starting wage $20.00 per hour with quick escalation to $28.00 per hour.

    We are now hiring in Tennessee!

    $20/hr. to start. full-time, 40 hours a week. By meeting performance criteria, typically in 60-90 days, earn $28.00/hr.

    TSR’s process incoming calls (no sales), record information accurately and efficiently, and then deliver that information to our clients. We employ career-minded individuals who are customer-centric and detail-oriented. Solid typing and linguistic skills, and empathetic yet firm comportment are essential attributes.

    Various shifts available. Weekends and holidays are required.

    Who are we? Centratel (www.centratel.com) is the highest quality telephone answering service in America, with headquarters in downtown Bend, Oregon but with Telephone Service Representatives located throughout the country. We process incoming calls for medical offices, hospice, and home health organizations, funeral homes, veterinary clinics, property management companies, HVAC, etc.

    WAGES AND BENEFITS:

    · Paid training. $20 per hour to start

    · Monthly premium-pay of $1.00-$8.00/hr. which will increase the hourly wage average to $21.00-$28.00/hr. (Most trained TSR’s earn at the $28.00 level)

    · Full time: 40 hours per week

    · Overtime available

    · Retirement plan with a 3% match after 90 days

    · Fully paid health insurance after 90 days

    · Set schedules (per seniority-based bidding, twice per year)

    REQUIREMENTS:

    · Experienced call-center or answering service professionals given preference

    · Type a minimum of 40 WPM

    · Absolutely drug-free. An initial monitored drug screening, and subsequent random tests

    · Proficient with basic internet navigation, instant messenger tools

    · Excellent oral and written communication skills

    · Ability to actively listen and communicate efficiently and courteously

    · Empathetic and personable, professional demeanor

    · Reliable and dependable

    · Disciplined and resourceful

    · Receptive to coaching feedback through regular meetings with supervisor and quality specialist.

    · Able to train remotely via both self-guided and virtual classroom programs.

    · Must reside in Tennessee

    · Must have a secured separate workspace free of distractions or noise, for HIPAA compliance requirements.

    · Ability to troubleshoot very basic internet connection challenges with our experienced and always-available tech team

    · Reliable up-to-date computer with Windows 10 or higher operating system (Mac is not supported) with 20 GB of hard space available, dual monitors or an ultra-wide monitor, standard 104 Keyboard, and a webcam with microphone.

    · Ability to provide a reliable high-speed (minimum 100mbps) broadband internet connection that is hard-wired (ethernet). No satellite connections.

    · Attend paid virtual monthly meetings.
