    Job Description

    HIRING MULTIPLE CANDIDATES.

    CENTURION CARES INC. is looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated technical customer support specialist to join our team. In this role, the “Customer Success Specialist” will be responsible for assisting our customers with their technical support issues. The Customer Success Specialist will have a strong understanding of the customer service process, have a strong call center background, and the ability to interact with customers in a patient and professional manner. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a software background. The candidate will have a working knowledge of SQL and Crystal Reports.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answer customer questions about system procedures via phone and email, responding appropriately within designated time frames. Questions can be related to backup, shutdown, reboot procedures, reports, PIN and account administration, locked keyboards and/or screens, faxing, call transfers, and phone switch issues.
    • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues accurately and within designated time parameters.
    • Perform software installations for new customers.
    • Work with customers to perform software upgrades, including post-installation testing.
    • Perform internal and external database maintenance.
    • Utilize TeamSupport software to accurately document all customer interactions and outcomes.
    • Install professional speech components, including menus, phrases, and announcements.
    • Work with other team members to foster communication and knowledge sharing.
    • Other duties as necessary.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2-year certificate in CIS or MIS (4-year degree a plus)
    • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and standard office applications
    • Patience
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Clear communication skills
    • Technical knowledge, including working knowledge of SQL and Crystal Reports
    • Technical knowledge or experience of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
    • Ability to work in an office environment
