Responsibilities: • Guiding clients through property transactions with expert advice and support. • Maximizing sales potential by harnessing the leads and resources provided. • Collaborating with fellow team members to share best practices and collectively achieve team goals. • Maintaining a high level of accountability and striving to exceed performance metrics. • Serving as the primary point of contact between buyers and sellers to ensure successful transactions. • Actively seeking potential homebuyers and providing them with detailed information about available properties that align with their needs and budget. • Organizing and conducting open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market. • Preparing representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to facilitate smooth transactions. • Nurturing prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by maintaining regular follow-up and fostering communication, while ensuring they are integrated into the sales pipeline. • Staying abreast of developments in the local real estate market and industry trends. Qualifications: • Hold a valid California Real Estate License. • Possess a proven track record as a Real Estate Agent or in a related role. • Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrate excellent sales and marketing capabilities. • Preferably, have over one year of experience as a buyer's agent or in the real estate field. • Be capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver's license. Compensation: $100,000+
