Commercial Painting Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and industrial customers

Seek new business through cold calling and networking

Maintain existing accounts and relationships

Participate in industry events and tradeshows

Ensure clear communication of customer needs and expectations through detailed proposals

Collaborate with the Marketing Associate, Production Associate, and Job Site Supervisor to ensure project expectations are met

Meet with customers and perform estimates

Win sales commitments in a competitive market

Prepare weekly analysis of results

Commercial Painting Sales Associate Qualifications:

2-year degree required 4-year degree preferred

Experience as a property manager or facility manager preferred

B2B commercial sales experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Track record as a top sales performer

Working knowledge of paints, coatings, carpentry, drywall, and construction preferred
