General Job Responsibilities and Required Skills

Complete projects according to work orders in a timely and professional fashion

Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients

Previous professional painting experience required

Ability to handle physical workload with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders etc.

Deadline and detail-oriented, while staying on budget

Customer service oriented, you like getting a job done right

Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.

Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them

Preferred to have own truck and equipment

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred

Minimum of three years of painting experience verifiable through references
