Responsibilities and Duties:

Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):

Medication reminders

Dressing

Prepares meals and snacks

Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to):

Light Housekeeping

Doing dishes

Changing bed linens, doing laundry

Cleaning bathroom

Assist the client with problem-solving and supportive activities (which could include, but are not limited to):

Encouraging exercises

Cooking meals

Understanding dementia care

Companionship

Go for walks

Qualifications and Skills:

A Valid (NJS) HHA Certification

Valid ID and Social Security Card

PPD within the past 9 months
