    1. Ceramist A: Skilled Ceramist

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Layer and finish intricate anterior ceramic crowns (4-6 units/day).

    ● Stain and glaze 10-15 crowns/day.

    ● Finish 10-15 crowns in the green state/day.

    ● Perform high-quality staining, glazing, and QC on complex cases.

    ● Collaborate with the team on patient-specific restorations requiring attention to detail.

    ● Utilize advanced porcelain layering techniques.

    Requirements:

    ● Minimum 5 years of experience in dental ceramics.

    ● Expertise in intricate porcelain layering and finishing.

    ● Strong attention to detail with a passion for craftsmanship.

    ● Ability to manage QC processes and mentor junior technicians.

    1. Ceramist B: High-Volume Ceramist Key Responsibilities:

    ● Stain and glaze 30 crowns/day with exceptional quality.

    ● Finish 30 crowns in the green state, preparing them for sintering.

    Requirements:

    ● Minimum 2-3 years of experience in dental ceramics.

    ● Strong efficiency in green-state finishing and glazing.

    ● Proficiency in handling high-speed production environments.

    ● Team player with a focus on maintaining high standards.

    1. Digital Production Specialist Key Responsibilities:

    ● Manage CAM nesting, milling, and 3D printing workflows.

    ● Operate and maintain milling machines and 3D printers for dental models.

    ● Produce 3D printed denture cases, and digital restorations.

    ● Polish full cast crowns

    ● Organize and track daily production outputs, ensuring deadlines are met.

    Requirements:

    ● Experience in CAD/CAM systems, milling, and 3D printing.

    ● Familiarity with dental lab processes and materials.

    ● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    ● Ability to troubleshoot CAM and 3D printers, and optimize production workflows.
