Job Title: Lead Teacher (Grades K-6)

Location: Wilmington, Delaware

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Teacher for grades K-6. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with state standards.

Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing timely feedback.

Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and the community to support student learning.

Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

At least a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.

Valid Delaware teaching license with K-6 certification.

Demonstrated experience in classroom management and differentiated instruction.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with curriculum development and integration of technology in the classroom.

Familiarity with Delaware state educational standards and assessments.
