We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified GA Pre-K Lead Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators.

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a Certified GA Pre-K Lead Teacher who will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons for our Pre-K students. As the Lead Teacher, you will manage a classroom of young learners, provide individualized support, and collaborate with colleagues and families to ensure the success and well-being of each child. This is a full-time position requiring a strong commitment to fostering a positive and enriching learning environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement age-appropriate, engaging, and effective lesson plans based on Georgia's Early Learning and Development Standards (GELDS).

    Lead daily classroom activities, including circle time, hands-on learning, and outdoor play, ensuring the physical, social, and emotional needs of students are met.

    Monitor and assess student progress using a variety of formative and summative assessment tools, keeping records of individual student development. Knowledge of WSO

    Establish a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity, respect, and cooperation.

    Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students’ progress, behavior, and any concerns.

    Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration to ensure the smooth operation of the Pre-K program and contribute to a team-oriented school environment.

    Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

    Adhere to all state regulations, school policies, and best practices for early childhood education.

    Attend professional development workshops and meetings to stay current with educational trends and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    Must hold a valid Georgia Professional Standards Commission (PSC) certification in Early Childhood Education (P-5) or a Certified GA Pre-K Teacher credential.

    Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalent).

    Strong understanding of early childhood development, including social, emotional, cognitive, and physical stages.

    Previous experience teaching in a Pre-K or early childhood education setting preferred.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

    Strong classroom management skills and a patient, nurturing attitude.

    Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young children.
