Role Description: Join Snyder’s Landscape Design, Inc. as a Licensed Fertilization Technician. Customization is key when it comes to treating lawns. From weeds, to grubs, to soil conditions, no two sites are the same. Snyder's will take the time to diagnose your lawn and listen to your desired results, to provide you with optimal results. Utilize your State of Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Applicator license to maintain the health and beauty of outdoor spaces. Required Qualifications: ● Possess a valid State of Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Applicator license with the following designations: ○ 3A: Turf Grass ○ 3B: Ornamental ○ 6: Right-of-Way ● Exceptional problem-solving skills to address various lawn care challenges ● Proficient time management abilities to ensure timely completion of tasks ● Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and carrying heavy objects. ● Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in outdoor construction. ● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. ● Prioritize safety by adhering to safety protocols and procedures on job sites. ● Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. ● Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers and team members

Language Skills: Spanish-speaking applicants are encouraged to apply, as there is potential for additional compensation.
