Private medical and aesthetic dermatology practice looking for an amazing Medical Assistant to join our team.

Looking for someone who is enthusiatic, a team-player and takes initiative to learn new techniques and procedures, detailed-oriented. You will assist our Physician and Nurse Practitioner with general and surgical procedures, including Mohs Surgery, aesthetics and entering all patient notes into our EMR system. Computer skills and EMR knowledge are essential as we are a paperless office (utilizing EMA).

Typical tasks include but not limited to: rooming patients, assisting with procedures, patient call backs, charting in electronic medical records, sterilizing instruments, keeping logs, etc...

Requirements:

-Experience with EMA a Plus

• Experience in a Dermatology office a plus but not a requirement
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This candidate must be organized, have excellent communication skills and be proficient in using a computer and iPad.
