    Job Summary The Medical Assistant must represent the RELIVE brand and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Medical Assistant role requires patient care and education regarding our services as well as hormone replacement therapy, as well as administering treatments to patients

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED required. Completion of an accredited medical assistant or nursing program is mandatory.

    Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA by the AAMA or RMA by AMT) or as a Phlebotomist is required.

    Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, with a strong emphasis on phlebotomy and injections.

    Required Skills:

    Expertise in venipuncture and injections.

    Strong ability to assess client health and respond to immediate medical concerns.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation procedures.

    Responsibilities

    Administer shots to patients.

    Perform blood draws as per the required instructions provided by the lab.

    Follow state guidelines and standards

    Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by applying principles of medical asepsis and infection control techniques and universal precautions

    Liaise with admin and other medical team members pre and post-therapy and participate in shared decision making

    Accurately use the online booking systems

    Assist with callbacks to patients with questions.

    Provided documentation to the Admin team for submission to EHR

    Prepare and track inventory to maintain 100% in stock of supplies and Vitamin therapy.

    Completes other tasks to assist medical staff
