Ensure that Montessori curriculum is appropriately implemented in the classrooms specifically aligned to the developmental level of the children

Enhance learning through creative use of Montessori materials

Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where learning happens

Maintain regular communication with parents

Confer with parents on a regular basis to discuss the development of their enrolled children

Maintain a system of home-school communication e.g. daily reports and school newsletter

Ensure safety and well-being of children at all times
