About the Role:

We are currently hiring for areas within Tampa Metro region in Florida.

Join Romet Healthcare Services as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Brandon, FL, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our patients. Be part of a dedicated team that values excellence and teamwork, ensuring the highest quality of care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities, including Feeding, bathing and personal care.

Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.

Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Assist with mobility as directed.

Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.

Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

Current Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Florida.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare training is a plus.

Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Compassionate and patient-centered demeanor.

Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Basic life support (BLS) certification is a plus.
