Responsibilities: • Provide pain management to patients • Perform comprehensive physical examinations and assessments • Diagnose and treat chronic pain • Order diagnostic tests • Prescribe medications and other treatments • Develop and implement patient care plans • Educate patients and their families about health conditions and preventive care measures • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Qualifications: Experience: • Experience in providing chronic pain management care for patients • Knowledge of pain practices and procedures • Expertise in the use of medications to manage chronic pain and alternatives • Proficient in using electronic health record systems Qualifications: • Valid Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant certification in MN • Master's degree in Nursing or certified Physician Assistants program from an accredited program • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant Compensation: $68 - $71 hourly
