Asterly Well Care Solutions and our partners at Upstate University Hospital are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13 week full-time night shift role in multiple units including Pediatrics, Emergency Department, Med/Surg Float Pool, and others.

Qualifications / Requirements:

1. Current New York State CNA certification (required)

2. BLS/CPR certification or ability to be certified/re-certified

3. At least 1 year of patient care experience (hospital preferred)

4. Prior experience in a Level 1 trauma center strongly preferred

5. Strong team collaboration and communication skills

• Provide direct and indirect patient care including:

• Obtaining vital signs

• Assisting with toileting, bathing, feeding, and mobility

• Function as a safety companion for at-risk patients

• Respond to evolving patient needs with empathy and attentiveness

• Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams across departments

• Ensure a safe, clean, and healing environment

• Participate in quality improvement and maintain a positive team culture

• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and staff
