Competitive pay starting at $21 - $25 per hour (hourly incentives also offered for type of shift)

Responsibilities:
Providing premium, personalized care through professional look, PPE compliance and actions
Various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s or patient’s needs
Providing assistance with day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to doctor and other appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping
Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing
Requirements:
Current Oregon CNA license in good standing
Must provide proof of complete COVID-19 vaccination
Minimum one (1) year of documented caregiver or home care assistance experience is required
High school diploma or GED
Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile with proof of insurance
Excellent references
Access to a computer or smart phone for web-based scheduling
Excellent communication skills
Ability to pass background checks, DMV, and drug screen
Must pass caregiver competencies
Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
*New employees with a complete file and working at least 20 hours per week average for three months without any issues.
