  • Responsibilities

    Cedar Park Med is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide care to patients under the supervision of an RN or LPN. The CNA will assist patients with daily living activities, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure personal care and comfort.

    16 weeks contract with possibilities for extension. All shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
    • Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting) with dignity and respect.
    • Monitor residents' condition and report changes to nursing staff.
    • Support end-of-life care and maintain comfort for hospice residents.
    • Follow care plans, assist with meals, and ensure resident safety during transfers.
    • Maintain infection control standards and answer call bells promptly.
    • Ensure resident belongings are properly cared for and report any incidents or missing items.

    Professional Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Current CNA certification in New York.
