Benefits:

Competitive compensation (Hourly Range Pay Rate $15 - $17 an hour)

Shift: Monday - Thursday 5p.m. to 7p.m., Friday 5p.m. to 8p.m.

Shift: Friday and Saturday 8a.m. to 11a.m.

One on one client care

Performance incentives

Responsibilities (will vary by client):

Light housekeeping

Meal preparation

Transportation

Companionship

Personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming)

Follow a plan of care

Communicate professionally with families and your team

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Applicants must be willing to complete all necessary requirements for employment

HHA/CNA

TB Test or Chest X-ray

Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance

Level 2 Background Check

CEU's (Alzheimer/Dementia, HIV/AIDs certificates)

Prior home care experience a plus

Access to email and a mobile smart device

Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
