Your Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with transfers.
• Monitor vital signs and report any concerns.
• Maintain patient safety and ensure a clean, comfortable environment.
• Adhere to confidentiality standards and healthcare regulations.

What You Need

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current Arizona CNA certificate or LNA license.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Proof of U.S. work authorization.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of CNA/LNA training for Arizona certification/license.
