    JOB TITLE (#3101): Certified Nursing Assistant - Memphis, TN

    Must have a minimum of one (1) year of CNA experience within the last three (3) years.

    Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to fill an opening with a skilled care facility located in Memphis, TN.

    Requirements of the Certified Nursing Assistant:

    • Must have an active CNA certification.
    • Must have a minimum of one (1) year of CNA experience within the last three (3) years.
    • Must have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent.
    • Up-to-date tuberculosis (TB) test and annual testing results, proof of Hepatitis B vaccination or declination form, and influenza vaccination.
    • Favorable adjudication from the Security Investigations Center.
    • Proof of citizenship or legal residency is required.
    • Current resume with detailed experience, three references, and licensing information.
    • Completion of the VetPro application process including required documentation.
    • Familiarity with electronic health record systems (e.g., CPRS).
    • Knowledge of infection control policies and patient safety protocols.
    • Experience in assisting patients with special needs, including behavioral health challenges.

    Schedule of the Certified Nursing Assistant:

    • This is a Full-time position.
    • The contract is a 6 months - 1 year term.

    Responsibilities of Certified Nursing Assistant:

    • Deliver onsite patient care services including hygiene, mobility assistance, toileting, meal support, and ambulation.
    • Provide close observation services, including telesitting and one-on-one support.
    • Assist in a range of nursing care services under the supervision of Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses.
    • Document patient care and behavior as required.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
    • Respond to emergencies, applying basic life support and other safety interventions.
