Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Hourly Range: $25-$38 DOE $52,000 - $80,000
Job Summary
As a COTA, you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and functionality. Under the guidance of Occupational Therapists, you will develop and administer therapy programs tailored to each patient's needs. You’ll monitor progress, provide motivation, document outcomes, and collaborate with your team to ensure high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor therapy plans to enhance patients' performance in daily tasks.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate client records.
Assist the occupational therapist in executing treatment plans and providing updates on patient outcomes.
Foster a positive environment and deliver exceptional customer service.
Perform clerical tasks as required and support team collaboration.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited COTA program and active Washington state COTA licensure.
Skills in teamwork, patient-focused care, active listening, and clear communication.
Self-motivated and committed to professional growth and learning.

Ideal Candidate
1-2 years of experience.
Knowledge of worker's compensation claims is a plus.
Hand therapy is a plus and/or be open to learning.
